Having Bigger butts greatly depends on the EXISTING SIZE of the Glutes Muscles which forms our Butt. Some people have it big, small, wide, narrow or really large.

Getting it bigger than normal requires you to EAT MORE to grow bigger and importantly support the build up with INTENSE TRAINING to help lift, shape and contour the Glutes giving it a perk look.

When it comes to Eating More, it is key to know the right food to Eat More of to avoid complex carbs, what you want to do is Build not Add Unwanted Weight.
Here are foods to help you on the journey;
1. Oatmeal: Great nutritional value and my best breakfast option. It is low in fat and has nutritional values to help you as you TRAIN on Squats and Lunges.

2. Eggs: I add Boiled Eggs to my Oatmeal for breakfast as Eggs are high in protein and do well in building muscles in the Glutes. Also, I don’t take more than 2 Eggs per serving as Eggs are high in Cholesterol.

3. Chicken: This is an amazing nutritional food to build muscles and best served Grilled. It is great for you cos you need to avoid meat high in fat to prevent adding unwanted body mass.

4. Sweet Potato: Awesome and Healthier substitute for Rice as it breaks down Fat faster in the stomach area unlike Rice which takes longer to break down and stores more fat. But I like Rice though, it’s sweet and lovely, I guess I’ll just eat it only on Sundays.

5. Beans: Eat a good amount of Beans serving a couple of days in a week. This is because Beans is so high in protein and has amino acids that helps in building the Butt Muscles. Avoid mixing with Rice though, that temptation always presents itself but overcome by garnishing Beans with Fish, Tomatoes and Sweet Potato during the cooking process.

Whilst you go for these foods, remember that you MUST TRAIN INTENSE to get your butts well toned, lifted and shaped.

Lest I forget, EAT and TRAIN but some of us may not get bigger than a certain shape, width and circumference cos of EXISTING SIZE of the Glutes but you are certain to see GAINS and a PERK BUTT.
