Speaking on the death, Mr Santiago Roberts, CEO of the Miss Tourism Nigeria Organization says the brand has lost a atrue and a great gem: Maureen was one of the brightest who was always prompt to carry out instructions/tasks.

She was looking forward to representing her state with pride during this year’s finals and with the hopes of becoming the first ever national tourism queen from Ebonyi State, he said.

Santiago added that his organisation would redesign the content and production of the show to dedicate it to Onu’s memory despite that all areas of the production had earlier been settled.

We pray God to grant the family the strength to bear the great loss.
