The recently-concluded Nigeria Beer Festival – which saw thousands of Lagosians gather at Eko Atlantic to countdown to the country’s Independence Day – came to a grand finale on Sunday October 1st with lots of music, fireworks, canapes, Campari and beer.
The week-long annual event, the biggest gathering of beer brands the country has ever witnessed, placed Nigeria in the league of beer festival hosts around the world, and will play a role in boosting the country’s tourism opportunities.
Premium bitters liqueur, Campari, a major participant in the festival, treated consumers and fans to the delightful taste of Senator – a special Campari and beer mixture – and good music. Brand ambassador, 2baba who graced the event with his presence, alongside Kelly Hansome and Acetune made it an even more memorable experience with an impromptu performance of his Spiritual Healing, alongside a talented fan.
The finale came with an even bigger surprise in form of legendary singer, Sir Shina Peters who thrilled the audience to some of his biggest hits, making the mood even more enjoyable than it already was. Campari was there as usual to remind fans that Campari and Beer is one of the best mixes in the history of cocktails.
